We (family 35, 40, 3 year old girl) are renting a room in our brand new apartment to a responsible, non-smoking, English-native-speaking girl. The room of approx. 12m2 is fully furnished; you have your own private bathroom with a shower which is just a step from your room.
The rent is 300 Euro per month, including all services. We request 2 months of security deposit. As additional „payment in kind“ we are requesting you also to babysit our 3 year old daughter approx. 10 hours per week (MO to FR from 4:00 to 6:00 pm), which includes some English conversation and playing with her.
we expect from you that you´re coming from an English speaking country and English is your mother tongue, that you are a non-smoker and say no to drugs and you are an open and easy-going, friendly person who shows respect to people around you, we don’t tolerate any kind of discrimination or racism.
We are a really nice international couple and are happy to share our hospitality with you and help you with whatever you need. We are very happy spending time with you and show you on weekends a little about Vienna, Austria and austrian culture. So we are looking for someone who wants to be part of our family during your exchange time.
The location is in the heart of the 23rd district, there are busses which bring you in a couple of minutes to METRO Alterlaa (U6), or Atzgersdorf (Schnellbahn). By fast train (Schnellbahn) you are able to reach the city center (Landstraße) within 20 minutes.
