My name is Merten Christopher Hoy. I’m 14 years old (23.November1993) and I’m living in Winsen/Aller. That’s between Hamburg and Hannover. The nearest city is Celle, well-known in the world for its stallion-parade with a raising station an old centre with half timbered houses from the 16.centery.
Winsen is a place with 13 000 inhabitans near a river called Aller. It is a nice place to live.
I live with my parents and two sisters ( 21 + 17) an old-shepard dog called Balou, a pony and 5 rabbits in this rural environment.
My father is 53 and a manager of the local party (CDU - this is the party of our chancler in Germany), my mother is 49 and working as a German teacher in a learning institute.
I’m going to a Gymnasium in Celle and took Latin as the first language when I was 9 years old. The second language I took, was English one year later. My hobbies are soccer, computer and listening to music
I´m looking for a family with a boy at the same age (nearly) that will host me for a half year, give me the possibility to take part in the school-system. After that, I and my family will host the boy in Germany for a half year or more, to participate in German life and schoolsystem.
The reason why I´m looking for a family this way is: our school-system changed and I will graduate after the 12.class and I´m to young to participate on an exchange program.
