I am a French citizen (26 years old), have just finished my university education, and are starting a one-year “Praktikum” in a large company in Frankfurt Niederrad, effective January 1, 2017. I do not speak German, but are fluent in English and, of course, French. I am now looking for an accommodation in the Frankfurt area, with a preference for living with a host family. While trying to learn German, I would be pleased to communicate (and help learn) in French and English in case this would be desired by the host family. As an alternative to a host family, I would also be interested in joining a “Wohngemeinschaft” or rent an affordable single room.
