Dear Host Family,

First of all I want to thank you taking time to read my letter. In the following lines I want to tell you something about me. My name is Anna-Lina. I live in a small town in Germany together with my parents; my smaller sister and my grandparents. We live in a house with a big garden.

My father works as a deacon and my mother works sa aDocto´r assostance. My little sister is 14 years old and attends the same school with me together. Even our dog Irma and our cat Kasimir belong to my family.

A normal school day begins with me at 6 in the morning. I’m going to class 11. My first hour begins at 7:55 am.The lesson ends either 2.20 pm or to 3.50 pm. My favorite subjects are math and chemistry, I’m playing the Naturwissenschaftlichrtyp. After the school i go home withe the bus or my father got me up. Then I do my homework and study for the School. In my free time I love to reading books, meeting my peotry and playing guitar.I sing in a youth choir. When i enough time have, I love to go swimming. When my whole family stay at home we all like to play social game. I also like to go a walk with our dog Irma or to cuddle with my grandma’s cat Kasimir.
the lesson ends either 14.20 or to 15.50. My favorite subjects are math and chemistry, I am also socially, in which we school as a bus attendant, when the project on which are all in the bus acting not out of order, and last school yaer i was a juniorpatner: As a juniorpatnerin ,i help new studins at the new school.

I have a sister and have no problems wiht Host Sibling so, no matter if the ar young or older. I have no problem when you don´t have childrens. I’m it used in the budget to help.I try to be polite all the time and I’ll observe the rules you gave to me.

I think the exchange year will prepare me for my future life and really help me. It will give me experiences and it’s a chance I never get again.

The main reason for wanting to be on exchange student is that I want to improve my English. But of course I’m so interested in the American way of life. All information you get about the United States in Germany comes from stupid teenage movies and I really want to get to know the real life. I hope to find new friends and get a really nice host family (hope it is you!) which can become my second real family.

Talking to or meeting somebody the first I time’m often a bit shy because I do not know if he or she wants to like me. But once we know each other I’m open minded and we can have fun together.

I really thank you for reading this letter and hope you forgive me all the faults in my letter. I hope you’re going to be MY host family and if so, thank you very much!

Lots of greetings,

Anna-Lina
